Raffi Hovannisian made a speech in Brussels

Brussels―The 6th summit of the leaders of the parties of the Eastern Partnership member states of the European People’s Party (EPP) took place yesterday in Brussels, the capital of Belgium. The leader of the Heritage party, Raffi Hovannisian and the president of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Serzh Sargsyan were present at the meeting.

Raffi Hovannisian made a speech during the summit, touching upon the state of democracy in Armenia, Armenia-EU relations, regional challenges to Armenia in the future, as well as the Artsakh issue.

Chaired by EPP president Joseph Daul, the summit included interventions by European Council president Donald Tusk, European Commission president Jean-Claude Juncker, Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko, and other country leaders.
